RMA Procedure
- If any Element ID product appears to not perform properly, please follow this
- Call Service Manager at 1-888-EID-RFID (1-888-343-7343) with your purchase invoice and serial number available
- Review the performance concern with an Element ID technician
- If warranted, an RMA# will be issued for the return of the product to Element ID (be sure this # is clearly labeled on the outside of the carton for quick disposition).
- Also enclose a brief description of the fault with the returned item.
- Ship to:
