RMA Procedure

    If any Element ID product appears to not perform properly, please follow this
    Procedure:

  1. Call Service Manager at 1-888-EID-RFID (1-888-343-7343) with your purchase invoice and serial number available
  2. Review the performance concern with an Element ID technician
  3. If warranted, an RMA# will be issued for the return of the product to Element ID (be sure this # is clearly labeled on the outside of the carton for quick disposition).
  4. Also enclose a brief description of the fault with the returned item.
  5. Ship to:

    Return Department -- RMA#________
    Element ID, Inc.
    520 Evans St.
    Bethlehem, PA 18015

  6. Disposition will be advised as soon as possible after inspection.
